AEGIC Wheat Quality Technical Workshop

Adding value through the use of Australian wheat

The Australian Export Grains Innovation Centre (AEGIC) and the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade), supported by Chopin Technologies, will host a technical workshop on 

• maximising value from use of Australian wheat; 

• meeting quality needs of flour millers and noodle manufacturers; and 
• innovative ways of assessing flour and noodle quality.

Attendees will meet an Australian wheat producer who will discuss how wheat is grown on their farm, participate in interactive sessions and tour the Chopin laboratories.
